Senior Leisinger leads after 1st MBC event

Senior John Leisinger leads the individual HS golf standings for the Metro Buckeye Conference after the first event on Monday.  John shot a 74 for the 18 hole event, putting him into first place.  There are 3 more MBC events yet to go this season but it was a great to start to MBC league

MCS Golf wins MBC event

HS Golf wins the first of four Metro Buckeye Conference golf events on Monday at Moss Creek.  The team shot a 344 to win the event by 2 strokes.  The HS golf team has now won the first 2 matches of the season.  The team plays at the Madeira Invitational on Tuesday.

Golf team defeats Dayton Carroll

On Friday, the HS Golf team defeated Dayton Carroll by approximately 10 strokes.  This was the first match of the season and was a home match at Shaker Run.  The boys team continues this week with 4 matches and will look to continue on its success from this past week.  Good luck to each of

Kayla Marrero Signs With Wilmington College

Ms. Kayla Marrero signed a letter of intent to continue her soccer career at Wilmington College, in front of the high school student body, on Friday, March 20th.  Kayla was a 2014/15 first team All-Conference selection.   Also in attendance to witness the signing  were coaches, school faculty and staff, and members of Kayla’s family.
